What is the cancellation policy for Kohra Studio?
If you need to cancel an order or item before it's shipped, you can reach out to our customer support team at kohrastudio@gmail.com. If you cancel the order, we will refund you the money within 48-72 business hours after we have processed the cancellation request. We are unable to accept cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.
Is there any charge for canceling?
If the order is not shipped from our warehouse, there are no cancellation fees, but if it has been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. To cancel or modify your order before shipment, please contact us via kohrastudio@gmail.com. You will receive a deduction from the amount you paid for the actual shipping charges levied by the courier company.
Are all products eligible for cancellation?
Each product has a different set of policies. Check the Shipping & Returns tab on the main product page to confirm if the products are eligible for cancellation or return. If there are any more questions, customers can reach out to our support team at kohrastudio@gmail.com.
What is the process for receiving a refund for a cancelled order and how long does it take?
If you cancel before shipping, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request. Within 48-72 hours of making a transaction through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be sent to the same account from which it was made. It may take 4-5 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.
